This Statement of Service and Medical Records of SFC. David Hack, USA (Ret) were recently released by NPRC, the National Personnel Records Center in St. Louis Missouri. These documents are part of Sergeant Hack’s records that have been published on Sgthack.com to set the record straight. Many combat veterans have found themselves unable to retrieve their medical records. As the last line in each document states: ” No additional medical records are available.” The Department of the Army’s U.S. Army’s Enlisted Records Center is the final authority of the Defense Department. There are no more records available.
